Prior to this, he held the Worldwide Director Sales, MSP/O responsibility for HP Software & Solutions. His latest position was with Lithium Urban Technologies (India’s first EV based mobility company) as their Business Head.

Dr.Susheela Venkataraman is a development professional, on the Board of three NGOs, SGBS Unnati Foundation, Arogya World India Trust and the IIT Alumni Centre Bangalore. She is an enterprise transformation consultant who mentors startup social enterprises and assists organisations with their strategy.
Dr.Susheela Venkataraman was the Principal Director of the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Office of Information Systems and Technology until 2015.
She has a PhD from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and a Master’s degree in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology.
A Fulbright Fellow, is a consulting Integrative Medicine physician and a yoga researcher. He is India’s first qualified Yoga & Naturopathy physician and leads the field with 20 years of research; academic and clinical experience. Dr Visweswaraiah has co-authored 40 research publications in indexed peer reviewed journals.
Dr.Visweswaraiah has lectured at institutes of repute viz., Harvard Medical School; Mayo Clinic; Center for Brain & Mind, University of California, Davis; MD Anderson Cancer Center, University of Houston; Center for Brain Research, University of Florida; Center for Mental Health, University of Melbourne; and National University of Singapore.
Considering the fact that the Integrative medicine is emerging as a future-medicine Dr.Visweswaraiah founded a research NGO called 'Foundation for Assessment & Integration of Traditional Health Systems [FAITHS]. FAITHS as part of its’ clincalinitiaitve has established India’s first clinic for Integrative Medicine called Yogaksema– Stress & Lifestyle Clinic, where the best of the evidence based conventional and Indian medicine is offered.
Mr. Avinash Aradhya, the backbone of HealthMinds is a serial entrepreneur whose interests lie in automotive components, jewellery, healthcare and education. He joined his family business of manufacturing automotive components to grow the annual revenues from USD 1 Million in 2000 to USD 115 Million in 2015. He is a member of Young President's Organization (YPO) and Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). He is also a philanthropist who runs a non-profit educational institution.
